  • Mendon's Matt's Maker Space

October, 3rd 2019 was the official ribbon cutting and opening of Mendon's Matt's Maker Space. To celebrate the day, Mrs. Smith's 2018-2019 students had the honor of cutting the ribbon and being the first to check out the room . The expressions were priceless!

Along with Mrs. Smith, these students made this dream happen. They entered a contest a year ago... and here we are! This is something Mrs. Smith always wanted.

Students and staff will begin using the room in the upcoming weeks. We are beyond excited to offer this additional element of learning to our Mendon students.

Mendon's Matt's Maker Space

October 3rd, 2019 was the official ribbon cutting and opening of Mendon’s Matt’s Maker Space. Matt's Maker Space rooms are places where kids can explore science, technology, engineering, arts & math (STEAM) through experiential and hands-on learning. These rooms provide an opportunities for kids to create and collaborate through hands on learning.

To celebrate the day, Mrs. Smith’s 2018-2019 students had the honor of cutting the ribbon and being the first to check out the room. The expressions were priceless!

Along with Mrs. Smith, these students made this dream happen. They entered a contest a year ago...and here we are. This is something Mrs. Smith always wanted.

We are beyond excited to offer this additional element of learning to our Mendon students.
